Of course not. Rogers and Springer and the rest of that “concerned” crowd are all phonies. They talk a good line about ensuring affordable housing in Burbank, but in reality they don’t care.
At best they shove the issue off to their Landlord Tenant Commission for referral (and burying), which as we pointed earlier is packed with local property managers who work for landlords.
