The Road Kings saved Bob’s Big Boy

 
Always remember this every time you hear someone boasting about all of the wonderful things there are in Burbank:

The property owner, the business owner (who was the same), and everyone at city hall were absolutely committed to tearing down Bob’s in Toluca Lake and replacing it with an office building.

And, they continued to make a big legal effort to do so after the Road Kings stepped in with their many out-of-town connections and decided to put up a fight.

Guess who finally won? It was no thanks to Burbank.
 

 
There’s a really hypocritically shameful and stupid history here. But for the efforts of the Road Kings, you wouldn’t have Bob’s:
