Don’t just go to OCR about this BHS mess, also complain to the state agencies

A quick note on something we’ll develop later. Apparently there has been a Title IX complaint filed with the Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights in San Francisco about those sexually derogatory and harassing Carroll/BHS text messages.

Anyone can file one online, and still could. You can always do duplicates. But be warned. Because OCR is a federal agency, it will soon fall under the control of the wayward Trump administration people.

That means the BUSD lawyers can and will use political influence to have this new federal leadership either drop or completely soft-soap the kind of discrimination complaints that right-wing Republicans have already proven their hostility to.  Such as this one about BHS.

It’s going to be happening all the time, because that’s what Republicans are all about these days. So the solution is for any petitioners to also cross-file the exact same complaints with the State of California. More later.

We need to recall school board members. I am sick of them sitting smug claiming they never know what is going on. It is their job to know!!!
